There are two possible routes, and using the wrong one is why people cancel Peloton and still get charged. Check which applies to you first.
This is the step people skip. Peloton can be billed either by Apple (if you subscribed inside an iPhone or iPad app) or by Peloton directly (if you signed up on their website). Only the biller can cancel it.
To check: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. If Peloton appears there, Apple bills you — use route A. If it does not, use route B.
Go straight to the Peloton cancellation page →
Worth knowing: There are two different products: the All-Access membership tied to a Peloton machine, and the cheaper App membership. Only the App membership can be billed through Apple. All-Access must be cancelled with Peloton directly, and cancelling it affects every user profile on the machine.
A Peloton machine loses classes and metrics tracking but still works as a bike or treadmill in "Just Ride" mode. Workout history is retained.
Always confirm it worked. Look for a cancellation email, and re-open the billing page to check the status reads cancelled or "ends on [date]". Then set a calendar reminder for the day after the period ends and check your card statement. A surprising number of cancellations do not take on the first attempt.
Most services have a cheaper tier that people never look at, and several offer a pause instead of a cancellation. If you use Peloton occasionally rather than never, a lower plan or a temporary pause usually beats cancelling and resubscribing at a higher price later.
Recurra keeps your remaining subscriptions in one place and reminds you before each renewal — so the next one does not catch you out. No bank login, no account.
