Common questions

How do I add a subscription?

Tap the + button on the Home tab. Pick a service from the catalog, create a custom one, or choose "Import from Apple" to scan a screenshot of your Apple subscriptions list.

My renewal reminder didn't arrive

Check Settings → Notifications → Recurra Ai and make sure notifications are allowed. Reminders are scheduled on-device; opening the app after editing a subscription refreshes them.

How do I manage or cancel Recurra Pro?

Pro is billed through Apple. Open Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions → Recurra Pro to change plans or cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period. To restore a purchase on a new device, open the paywall and tap "Restore purchase."

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app. All data lives only on your device, so deleting the app removes everything permanently. There is no server copy to request or erase.

Can I export my data?

Not yet — it's on the roadmap. Tell us you want it and we'll bump the priority.
