If you do not see Meta Verified on that screen, it is being billed somewhere else — check whether a family member manages it through Family Sharing, or whether it came bundled with something else.
Worth knowing: Meta Verified is normally purchased in the iOS app, which makes it an Apple subscription — cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If you bought it on the web, cancel in Accounts Center → Meta Verified.
