There are two possible routes, and using the wrong one is why people cancel Paramount+ and still get charged. Check which applies to you first.
This is the step people skip. Paramount+ can be billed either by Apple (if you subscribed inside an iPhone or iPad app) or by Paramount+ directly (if you signed up on their website). Only the biller can cancel it.
To check: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. If Paramount+ appears there, Apple bills you — use route A. If it does not, use route B.
Go straight to the Paramount+ cancellation page →
Worth knowing: Frequently bundled or resold through Amazon Channels, Roku, Walmart+, or a carrier. If the account page shows a third-party biller, cancel with them instead.
Access continues to the end of the paid period, then the account becomes free with no content access. Watchlist is retained.
Always confirm it worked. Look for a cancellation email, and re-open the billing page to check the status reads cancelled or "ends on [date]". Then set a calendar reminder for the day after the period ends and check your card statement. A surprising number of cancellations do not take on the first attempt.
Most services have a cheaper tier that people never look at, and several offer a pause instead of a cancellation. If you use Paramount+ occasionally rather than never, a lower plan or a temporary pause usually beats cancelling and resubscribing at a higher price later.
Recurra keeps your remaining subscriptions in one place and reminds you before each renewal — so the next one does not catch you out. No bank login, no account.
