There are two possible routes, and using the wrong one is why people cancel Sling TV and still get charged. Check which applies to you first.

This is the step people skip. Sling TV can be billed either by Apple (if you subscribed inside an iPhone or iPad app) or by Sling TV directly (if you signed up on their website). Only the biller can cancel it.
To check: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. If Sling TV appears there, Apple bills you — use route A. If it does not, use route B.
Go straight to the Sling TV cancellation page →
Worth knowing: Premium add-ons are separate line items — check they are gone too. If you got Sling through a cable company or phone carrier, cancel with them instead. There is no contract or cancellation fee for a normal Sling plan.
Your service stays active until your next billing date.
Always confirm it worked. Look for a cancellation email, and re-open the billing page to check the status reads cancelled or "ends on [date]". Then set a calendar reminder for the day after the period ends and check your card statement. A surprising number of cancellations do not take on the first attempt.
Most services have a cheaper tier that people never look at, and several offer a pause instead of a cancellation. If you use Sling TV occasionally rather than never, a lower plan or a temporary pause usually beats cancelling and resubscribing at a higher price later.
Recurra reminds you before Sling TV renews, so you decide in time instead of finding out on your statement. It keeps every other subscription in one place too. No bank login, no account.
